福州市城区老年人休闲体育特征与对策

Study on the Promoting Measures of Leisure Sports Among the Urban Senior Residents in the Fuzhou City

城市化和老龄化背景下,发展老年人休闲体育有利于小康和和谐社会的构建.为此,在分析福州市城区老年人休闲体育行为特征的基础上,提出了促进老年人休闲体育的措施是:加强宣传和引导,加快场馆建设,完善社会养老制度,开发特色老年休闲体育产品以及给予科学的休闲体育指导,为建设和谐福州提供参考.

In the context of urbanization and aging, the development of leisure sports for senior people is conducive to the building of a moderately well-off and harmonious society. Based on the analysis of the leisure sports behavior characteristics of the urban senior people in Fuzhou city, it is proposed that efforts be made in aspects like the strengthening of the publicity campaign and guidance, the speed-up of the construction of venues, the improving of the social pension system, the developing of specialty products for senior leisure sports and the providing of scientific guidance to old people＇s participation in the leisure sports.
