介绍南海台风特点、我国防台体制、防台锚地的选址和防台锚地的设计要点(包括锚泊方式、锚地主要尺度等),为防台锚地的设计提供参考。
This paper introduces the main features of typhoon in the South China Sea, the typhoon emergency system of China, the site selection of typhoon anchorage, as well as the design essentials of typhoon anchorage including the anchoring type, dimensions, etc. for similar project reference.
