基于ISO9000提升高职院校图书馆流通服务水平研究

A Study of Improvement of Circulation Service in Vocational College Library Based on ISO9000

国际标准化组织制定的ISO9000,是一个系列的标准体系,也是一个与时俱进的质量管理的体系。高职院校图书馆流通服务引入ISO9000标准,不仅具有可行性,而且显得十分重要,但是在引入ISO9000对图书馆流通服务进行规范和管理的过程中,必须遵循ISO9000的8项管理原则,才能保证质量管理落到实处。

ISO9000, formulated by International Organization for Standardization, is not only a series of quality standards, but also a quality management system keeping pace with the times. It is both important and practical for vocational college libraries to introduce ISO9000 system. However, eight management rules of ISO9000 should be abided by in the process of regulating and managing circulation service, so as to ensure that quality management works well.
