As it is known, community colleges are very important in American education system and play a key role in the development of life-long education. The transfer education,vocational education and community education meet the demand of life-long education, whose success depends on being universal, open and public. Learning from American experience, we should strengthen community-level service to promote the development of life-long education in China.
