我国学分银行的研究现状、焦点与展望——基于不同类型文献的分析

Credit Bank in China:Status,Focus and Prospective——A Study through Documentary Analysis

学分银行作为促进终身学习型社会不断发展和完善的新的教育管理模式,受到越来越多学者的关注。通过近10年的文献分析,发现目前研究主要集中在终身教育和职业教育领域,关注的是地区、院校和机构(行业)层面;聚集于比较、理论、战略政策和实践视角,并分析学分银行性质、功能及其建设问题。有关学分银行建设研究方面,主要涉及组织架构、运行管理、课程标准制定与选择、认证内容、学分认证与转化、质量评估与保障和学分诚信等问题。实践探索方面,研究者主要以理论视角总结学分银行实践开展后的经验;新闻媒体则主要从用户视角报道学分银行为学习型社会发展和个人终身学习带来的利处。实践研究和反思研究将成为下一步研究的重点,同时,需加强对先前学习成果内容和认证标准的研究,加大对学分银行体制障碍和管理制度的研究,关注学分银行的学分通兑、互认和机构互通问题。

Researchers has been showing increasing concern on credit bank these 10 years. It is found that the research centers on both lifelong education and vocational education in terms of region, college and organization. These studies usually are carried out from prospect of comparison, theory, police and experience, in which property, function, and construction are discussed. In terms of construction, their concerns are organizational structure, operation management, course standard formulation and selection, certification of course content, credit certification and transformation, quality evaluation and guarantee, credit system. As for experimental practice, the researchers sum up the benefits from credit bank while news media is more concerned with learning society and individual lifelong learning. In the end, the study gives some prospects about future research direction： practical exploration and reflection research will become the focus; previous learning outcomes and certification standards, mutual recognition and organization communication are also the concerns.
