摘要
黄建业名老中医临证辨治小儿遗尿,除宗温补下元、补气固涩、清肝化湿等古法外,还主张"从心论治",应用补心固涩、清心宁神、交通心肾等治法辨治小儿遗尿,疗效颇佳,并举典型病案以验证。
Famous senior doctor of traditional Chinese medicine Huang Jianye makes syndrome differentiation and treatment of infantile enuresis according to warmly nourishment of Xiayuan, complement of Qi for astringent, clearing dampness and other ancient methods. He also advocates treatment from the heart, and applies heart nourishment for astringent, heart clearing for peaceful spirit, as well as heart and kidney communication and gets good effect with typical cases for reference.
