调质平咳汤治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘31例疗效观察

Clinical observation of 31 cases of cough variant asthma treated with Tiaozhipingke Decoction

目的观察小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)中医体质调治的临床疗效。方法选择CVA患儿62例,随机分为治疗组、对照组各31例。治疗组以自拟调质平咳汤合止嗽散加减口服,对照组以止嗽散加减口服。2组疗程均为2周。结果治疗组总有效率87.1%,对照组总有效率74.2%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论对特禀过敏体质的CVA小儿及早进行中医体质调治能显著提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe the effect of constitution regulation to children with cough variant asthma （ CVA）. Methods 62 cases of CVA were randomly divided into treatment group, control group with 31 eases in each group. The treatment group was given self-made Tiaozhipingke Decoction and Zhisou Powder orally, the control group was given Zhisou Powder. 2 groups were treated for 2 weeks. Results The total effective rate was 87.1% in treatment group, 74.2% in control group, and there was statistical difference （P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Early constitution treatment with traditional chinese medicine to children with CVA can significantly improve the clinical efficacy.
