蒲地蓝消炎口服液配合中药外洗治疗小儿秋季急性腹泻80例疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of 80 cases of infantile autumn diarrhea treated with Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid plus external wash with traditional Chinese medicine

目的探讨蒲地蓝消炎口服液配合中药外洗治疗小儿秋季急性腹泻的临床疗效。方法将160例秋季急性腹泻患儿随机分为2组,对照组采用蒙脱石散治疗,治疗组采用蒲地蓝消炎口服液配合中药外洗治疗,观察并比较2组患儿的临床疗效。结果治疗组显效68例,有效7例,无效5例,总有效率93.75%;对照组显效46例,有效6例,无效28例,总有效率65.00%。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论蒲地蓝消炎口服液配合中药外洗治疗小儿秋季急性腹泻疗效显著,能有效改善患儿的临床症状,促进患儿脾胃功能的恢复,可在临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore the effects of pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid plus external wash with tradi- tional Chinese medicine in treating infantile autumn diarrhea. Methods 160 cases of patients with infantile autumn diarrhea in our hospital were chosen and divided into two groups randomly. The control group was treated with the Montmorillonite Powder, and the experiment group was treated with the combination of pudilan antiphlogistie oral liquid plus external wash with Chinese herbs. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and observed. Results In the treatment group, 68 cases were remarkably effective, 7 cases effective, 5 cases invalid. The total efficiency was 93.75%. In the control group, 46 cases were remarkably effective, 6 cases effective, 28 cases invalid. The total efficiency was 65%. The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid plus external wash with traditional Chinese medicine can get remarkable effect in treating infantile autumn diarrhea, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, promote spleen and stomach function, and can be widely applied in the clinical practice.
