机械刮除联合药物治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的疗效观察

Study on the Efficacy of Focus Machinery Shaving Combined with Drug Therapy for Mycotic Corneal Ulcer

[目的]探讨机械刮除联合药物治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的疗效。[方法]患者60例60眼根据治疗方法分为两组。A组（ n＝34）：采用局部病灶机械刮除＋药物治疗；B组（ n ＝26）：单纯采用药物治疗，比较分析两组疗效。[结果]A组治愈率67．6％（23/34），有效率94．1％（29/34），疗效明显优于B组。[结论]局部病灶机械刮除＋药物治疗真菌性角膜溃疡，疗效满意，临床上推荐作为首选的治疗方法。

[Objective]To analyze the efficacy of focus machinery shaving combined with drug therapy for mycotic corneal ulcer .[Methods] According to the treatment method ,60 patients（60 eyes） were divided into two groups .Group A received focus machinery shaving and drug therapy ,while group B received drug therapy only .The efficacy was compared between two groups .[Results]In group A ,the curative rate was 67 .6% and effective rate was 94 .1% .The efficacy of group A was obviously better than that in group B .[Conclusion]The efficacy of focus machinery shaving combined with drug therapy for the treatment of mycotic corneal ulcer is certain ,so it can be recommended as the preferred treatment method and promoted in clinical practice .
