建立一支高素质专业化的学工队伍,成为新时期抢占高校思想政治教育阵地的关键.开展岗位大练兵是推进学工队伍专业化的有效手段.在此方面,我校已进行了积极的探索,总结已有的实践经验.笔者认为,可以从撰写练兵心得、完善长效机制、丰富练兵内容、打造练兵品牌等4个方面入手,进一步完善岗位大练兵机制,巩固练兵成果,从而不断推进学工队伍的专业化建设.
