摘要
文章通过研究填料氢氧化铝对覆铜板制造过程中胶液的黏度和反应性、半固化片的反应性和流变性的影响,为覆铜板产品配方设计和实际生产提供数据参考。
To provide guidance for the design and manufacture of copper clad laminate,the effect of aluminum hydroxide on the properties of varnish and prepreg of CCL were mainly discussed in this article.
