摘要
阐述了当前我国化肥行业已全面进入转型升级的产业调整期,只有实现转型升级,行业才能实现可持续发展、自主发展和绿色发展。总结了山东省化肥行业转型升级的成果,提出再接再厉打好转型升级的攻坚战,搞好原料结构、资本结构和产品结构的调整,搞好新型肥料的发展和创新体制的建设。
The paper elaborates that fertilizer industry has entered a period of adjusting industrial transformation and upgrading at present of China,only achieve transformation and upgrading,can industry achieves sustainable development, self-development and green-development. It also summarizes achievement of Shandong Province Fertilizer Industry in transformation and upgrading,proposes fighting storming fortifications of transformation and upgrading,making good job of adjusting raw materials structure,capital structure and product structure;doing well in new type fertilizer development and the construction of innovation system.
