摘要
总结2010年到2011年的大颗粒尿素装置造粒机清床的经验,针对前期清床时的劳动强度大,清洗时间较长,围绕清床时两个基本方面进行,第一是造粒机清理,第二是各动设备清理,提出相应的造粒机清床的优化方法,避免资源浪费,减少环境污染,降低劳动强度,缩短清床时间。
The paper summarizes bed-cleaning experience of large granular urea plant granulator from 2010 to 2011. In allusion to large labor intensity and long cleaning time while cleaning beds, embraces granulator-cleaning and mobile-equipments-cleaning,proposes optimization methods in cleaning beds of granulator which avoids wasting of resources, reduces environmental pollution,lowers labor intensity,shortens cleaning time.
