轧钢卷取机低压动态滤波补偿装置的设计 被引量:2

摘要 轧钢生产系统卷取机由电网供电时,分为多台卷取电机公用1台整流变压器供电和单台电机由单台整流变压器供电2种方式,因卷取机工作存在电动与发电状态,电网供电方式的不同,在设计卷取机动态滤波补偿装置时,相应的滤波补偿容量不同。根据工程应用对卷取机集中就地动态滤波补偿设计及运行效果进行总结,说明了2种供电方式下滤波补偿设计方案的区别,为直流传动系统滤波补偿设计及整流变压器额定容量选择提供参考。 The coiler of steel rolling production system, in case of power supply by power network, is normally divided into such two types as multiple coiling motors with one rectifier transformer for pow- er supply and single motor with single rectifier transformer for power supply. Since existence of elec- tric and power generation in the coiler and different power supply of network, the corresponding filte- ring compensation capacity is different in the design of dynamic filtering compensation device of coi- ler. According to the engineering application, the coiler concentrated and local dynamic filtering com- pensation design and operation effect is summarized. The difference of filtering compensation design scheme at the two power supply modes is introduced, which provides reference for filtering compensa-tion design of DC drive system and rated capacity selection of rectifier transformer.
