摘要 考察德国职业教育可知,德国双元制职业教育具有行业组织、国家政府、社会因素等作用下的外显特征与双元的教育主体、教育内容、师资队伍等内隐特色。结合实际国情,我国职业教育应从制度政策、人才培养和保障体系等方面得到启示。 Through the investigation and data verification of German vocational education, this essay reveals the explicit, features affected by industry organizations, national government and social factors, and the implicit features including the educational subjects, contents, and faculties of dual system vocational education. In combination with the actual conditions, this essay puts forward some suggestions for the reform and development of China's vocational education from the aspects of policies, talent training and the security system.
