摘要
胸骨合拢固定器是一种新兴的开胸手术后关胸及胸骨固定的工具,为了设计更加贴合胸骨的固定器,需要对采集到的胸骨CT图像进行三维重建。但由于胸肋骨的特殊性,用主流CT图像的处理软件重建出的三维胸骨数据质量较差,存在空洞、多层结构等问题,严重制约了胸骨数据的后续应用。针对这一问题,首先构造胸骨模板网格,再利用径向基函数和基于Laplacian坐标的变形方法,使得模板网格几何逼近CT重建的胸骨网格。实验证明,该方法使获得的数据拓扑规范,并能处理数据缺失和细小噪声问题,为相关厂商胸骨合拢固定器的设计生产提供了数据依据。
Sternal closure fixer emerges as a practical tool to close and fix sternum after a thoracotomy. In order to design a fixer that better fits the sternum, a three - dimensional reconstruction of the CT image of the collected sternum is required. However, due to the particularity of the sternum, the three - dimensional sternum data reconstructed with popular CT image processing software is of poor quality, and with problems such as existence of holes and multi - layer structure, which severely limits the subsequent application of sternal data. To solve such problem, in this paper, we propose an approach that first constructs the sternum template mesh, and then adopts the Radial Basis Function and Laplacian- coordinate -based mesh deformation methods to make the template mesh geometry approximate the CT reconstructed sternum mesh. The experiment results show that it makes the obtained data topology of specification and can handle problems such as data -missing and small noise, which lays a solid foundation for the design and production of sternal closure fixers from associate firms.
