摘要 教师的专业发展应从关注教师专业知识增长和行动反思转向促进教师专业觉悟和专业修行。教师的专业觉悟指教师通过观察和体悟来领悟教育的真谛,发现教学兴废之道,从而指导教育教学实践,获得教育成功体验和职业幸福;教师的专业修行有八道,即"触—受—问—设—验—识—述—度";教师的专业修行需要"善知识"的引领。 The attention paid to the professional development of teachers should be shifted from the growth of teacher's professional knowledge and reflection of actions to the promotion of teachers' professional awareness and professional practice. Teachers' professional awareness means that teachers comprehend the essence of education through observation, find out the rule of success or failure for teaching so that they can obtain guidance of educational and instructional practice and furthermore, harvest sueeessful educational experience and happiness of their career. Moreover, teachers' professional practice needs to go through a process of eight steps, they are touching, feeling, problem-asking, hypothesis, verifying, learning, formulating and spreading. This practice should be led by good advisors.
