摘要
高速逆流色谱(HSCCC)是基于样品在逆行的互不混溶两相溶剂之间分配系数的差异而实现分离的新型分离技术。本文综述了近30年来,HSCCC分离天然产物中极弱极性化合物时应用无水溶剂体系的研究进展,包括被分离物质的种类、溶剂体系组成及洗脱方法。结果表明,HSCCC无水溶剂体系在分离天然产物中一些极性非常小的化合物方面有着独特的优势,并总结了HSCCC无水体系溶剂选择规律、特点及适用范围,为HSCCC无水体系的应用及溶剂体系的快速选择提供了参考。
High speed counter - current chromatography (HSCCC) is a kind of new liquid - liquid separation tech-nique which simply relies on the partition coefficient (K) of analytes between two immiscible solvents flowing in re- version orientations. This article focused on the application development ; in the past three decades on non - aqueous solvent systems in HSCCC for separating compounds with extremely weak polarity in natural products, including the types of compounds being separated, the components of solvent systems, and the elution methods. This review showed that non - aqueous solvent systems of HSCCC have unique advantages in separating ingredients with very weak po-larity in natural products. In addition, the selection rule of solvent systems, characteristics, and application scopes of non -aqueous solvent systems of HSCCC was summarized in order to provide references for its futher application and rapid selection of solvent systems.
