摘要 目的:建立人参糖肽注射液特征图谱。方法:通过对人参糖肽注射液中多糖1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮柱前衍生化,采用高效液相色谱法进行组成糖分析。结果:人参糖肽注射液特定特征图谱由6个共有峰组成,为甘露糖、葡萄糖醛酸、半乳糖醛酸、葡萄糖、半乳糖和阿拉伯糖。结论:高效液相色谱法建立多糖的特征图谱,操作方法简便,分离度高,重复性及稳定性良好,该结果可有效控制人参糖肽注射液的内在质量,同时可作为酸性杂多糖组成糖的测定方法。 Objective: To establish a specific fingerprint of Ginseng glycopeptide injection. Methods: The monosaccharide composition of Ginseng glycopeptide injection was determined by HPLC after preparing pre-column derivatization as 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone derivant. Results: The specific fingerprint chromatogram of Ginseng glglopeptide injection was composed of 6 common peaks from the fingerprint which were mannose,glucuronic acid,galacturonic acid,glucose,galactose,and arabinose,respectively,which composed the specific fingerprint chromatogram of Ginseng glycopeptide injection. Conclusions: HPLC is a simple,rapid,sensitive,and convenient method with high reproducibility and stability,which can be applied to the quality control of Ginseng glycopeptide injection.And it also can be used to determine the monosaccharide composition of acidic heteropolysaccharides.
