摘要
高职院校在加强人才培养模式和专业课程改革的同时,开展职业核心能力培训是提高人才培养质量的创新举措。高职"两轮一轴"职业核心能力培养模式以"职业核心能力培训"为轴,在"课堂教学"和"课外活动"中渗透职业核心能力培养,并将其作为职业核心能力提升的两个滚动的"车轮","轴轮"联动,以期达到全方位、全过程提高学生综合职业素质的目的。
It’s a creative measure of improving the quality of talents’ training to emphasize the cultivation of occupation core competence while strengthening the reform of the professional curriculum and the training mode of talents in higher vocational colleges. “Two wheels,one axis” occupation core competencies training mode in higher vocational colleges acts occupation core competencies training as the axis ,emphasizes the permeability of core competence in the class teaching and extracurricular activities and takes it as the two rolling wheels , enhances the linkage with the axis so as to achieve the purpose to improve the quality of talents ’ training from full ranges and the whole process.
