摘要 根据分散生活污水的特点,开发了一种新型生活污水处理装置,采用一台25 W的空气泵作为装置的动力源,正常运行时电耗<1.5 kW·h/m3。采用气提方式提升污水和回流混合液,抑制了来水水质和水量的冲击,提高了抗冲击性和处理效果。运行结果表明:该装置对生活污水具有很好的处理效果,出水COD<50 mg/L、NH3-N<5 mg/L、浊度<7 NTU、TN<20 mg/L、TP<1 mg/L、粪大肠菌群数<1 000个/L,出水水质能稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002)的一级B标准。 According to the characteristics of decentralized domestic sewage, a new domestic sewage treatment equipment using a 25 W air pump as the power device was developed. In normal operation, the equiqment consumes was less than 1.5 kW · h/m3. The air-lift method was used to lift sewage and recycle the mixed liquor, which inhibited the impact of influent water and improved the resistance to impact load and the treatment effect. The test results revealed that the equipment performed well in treatment of domestic sewage, and the COD, NH3 - N, turbidity, TN, TP and fecal coliform count were less than 50 mg/L, 5 mg/L, 7 NTU, 20mg/L, 1 mg/L and 1 000 CFU/L, respectively. The effluent quality could meet the first level B criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ( GB 18918 - 2002).
