以益阳市某污水处理厂的污泥(含水率为80%)为研究对象,对污泥石灰干化处理技术的主要影响因素进行了一系列小试研究。结果表明,在试验条件下,污泥与生石灰的最佳反应时间为8 min;若使处理后污泥的含水率达到60%以下,需添加20%(质量比)以上的生石灰;随着摊放时间的延长,污泥含水率下降明显,同时pH值也有下降趋势;当处理后污泥的pH值在10.5以上时,粪大肠菌群不能检出;污泥与生石灰反应后,减量化效果不明显。
Sludge (water content of 80% ) from a wastewater treatment plant in Yiyang City was chosen for a series of jar tests designed to assess key factors for sludge lime drying. The appropriate time for lime-sludge reaction was 8 minutes under the laboratory conditions. The water content in lime treated sludge could drop below 60% when mass ratio of lime addition was above 20%. With the increase of spreading time, the water content decreased remarkably, and pH value also had a slight decrease. Fecal coliform bacteria were not detected when pH value of lime treated sludge was above 10.5. The sludge reduction was not significant after lime-sludge reaction.
