朝鲜族留守初中生生活事件心理韧性与前瞻适应的关系

Relationship among Korean-Chinese left-behind adolescents' life events,resilience and prospective adaptation

目的分析朝鲜族留守初中生生活事件、心理韧性和前瞻适应现状及其关系,为朝鲜族留守初中生健康教育和健康促进提供科学依据。方法采用青少年生活事件多维评定问卷、心理韧性量表、初中生前瞻适应量表,对分层整群抽取的吉林省629名朝鲜族留守初中生进行问卷调查。结果朝鲜族留守青少年的主要生活事件来源于健康成长、家庭生活和学校生活;留守初中生的心理韧性与前瞻适应处于较高水平。年龄、居住地、父亲学历、与父母联系频率、监护人学历、师生关系、同伴关系、学习成绩对朝鲜族留守初中生生活事件的影响有统计学意义,父母外出类型、与父母联系频率、亲子关系、师生关系、同伴关系、学习成绩对其心理韧性的影响有统计学意义,居住地、母亲学历、亲子关系、师生关系、同伴关系、学习成绩对其前瞻适应的影响有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。留守初中生的生活事件与心理韧性、前瞻适应均呈负相关(r值分别为-0.194,-0.197,P值均<0.01),留守初中生心理韧性与前瞻适应呈正相关((r=0.632,P<0.01)。结论应注重朝鲜族留守青少年心理韧性的培养,以提高他们应对各种生活事件的能力,从而促进留守青少年的身心健康。

Objective To explore the situation and relation among Korean-Chinese left-behind adolescents＇ life events, resilience and prospective adaptation,in order to make the Korean-Chinese left-behind adolescent health education and health promotion for providing scientific basis. Methods Six hundred and twenty-nine Korean-Chinese left-behind adolescents completed the multidimensional sub-health questionnaire of adolescent,the resilience questionnaires and adolescents prospective adaptation questionnaire. Results Korean-Chinese left-behind adolescents＇ major life events were from healthy growth,family life and school life. Our research showed that left-behind adolescents＇ resilience and perspective adaption was at a high level. There were negative correlations among Korean-Chinese left-behind adolescents ＇ life events,resilience and prospective adaptation（ r =- 0. 194,r =-0.197,P0.01）. In addition,the study showed that there was a positive correlation between resilience and prospective adaptation（ r=0.632,P0.01）. Conclusion The Korean-Chinese left-behind adolescents should promote their resilience and the ability to deal with all kinds of life events when preventive psychological interventions are implemented.
