丹参川芎嗪注射液联合辛伐他汀治疗混合型高脂血症临床观察

Clinical Efficacy of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Injection Plus Simvastatin in Treating Combined Hyperlipidemia

摘要 目的:观察丹参川芎嗪注射液联合辛伐他汀治疗混合型高脂血症的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取56例混合型高脂血症患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组各28例,均给予常规治疗,对照组加予辛伐他汀片进行治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用丹参川芎嗪注射液,观察临床治疗效果及不良反应。结果:经连续治疗3月后,临床总有效率对照组为57.1%,治疗组为85.7%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。经治疗对照组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均较治疗前改善(P<0.05);治疗组TC、TG、LDL-C及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)均较治疗前改善(P<0.05)。2组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C及HDL-C比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组未见明显不良反应。结论:丹参川芎嗪注射液联合辛伐他汀用于治疗混合型高脂血症,可有效改善患者的血脂水平,疗效确切,安全。 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Injection plus simvastatin in treating combined hyperlipidemia. Methods: Fifty-six patients with combined hypeflipidemia were randomly divided into control and treatment groups. Both groups were given routine medicinal treatment, and additionally, the control group was given simvastatin tablets and the treatment group was given Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Injection plus simvastatin. After treatment, the clinical effects and adverse reaction were observed in the two groups. Results. After treatment for 3 continuous months, the total effective rate was 57.1% in the control group and was 85.7% in the treatment group, the difference being significant(P 〈 0.05). In the control group, TC, TG and LDL -C were improved after treatment, so did TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C in the treatment group(P 〈 0.05 compared with those before treatment). The differences of TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C were significant between the two groups after treatment(P 〈 0.05). No adverse reaction was found in the two groups. Conclusion: Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Injection plus simvastatin is effective and safe in treating combined hypedipidemia, and can effectively improve the blood lipid levels.
