摘要
利用锯末和花生壳制备出对重金属离子具有较好吸附性能的生物吸附剂。研究了此种生物吸附剂对废水中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能,并深入分析了吸附时间、pH、Cr(Ⅵ)初始浓度、吸附剂粒径、搅拌速度、共存阴离子对吸附的影响,并通过再生试验检验了吸附剂性质的稳定性和重复利用性。最佳吸附条件组合为:生物吸附剂Ⅰ初始浓度7 mg/L,吸附时间120 min,pH=2.0,温度30.2℃,投加量0.8 g,此时去除率达到85.01%;生物吸附剂Ⅱ初始浓度100 mg/L,吸附时间360 min,pH=2.0,温度30.1℃,投加量1.0 g,此时去除率达到87.96%。
In the present work, sawdust and peanut shells were used to prepare a metal ion adsorbent with good performance. The chromium( VI ) adsorption capability of the adsorbents was investigated, and the effects of various experimental parameters (e. g. contact time, initial pH of the Cr( VI ) solution, initial Cr( VI ) concentration, adsorbent particle size, stirring speed, anions) were also studied in detail. And the stability and reusability of the adsorbability were verified by regeneration test. From the experimental resuh, it was showed that the optimal adsorption conditions of the biosorbent I were as below: the initial concentration of biosorbent was 7 mg/L, adsorbing time was 120 min, pH 2. 0,30. 2 ℃ , the dose of the adsorbent was 0.8 g,removal rate reached 85.01%. And the optimal conditions of the biosorbent II were as below: the initial concentration of biosorbent was 100 mg/L, adsorbing time was 360 min,pH 2. 0,30. 1 ℃ , the dose of the adsorbent was 1.0 g, the removal rate reached 87.96%
