摘要
针对袋式除尘器滤料用聚苯硫醚纤维的技术特性,对目前国内滤料市场常用的聚苯硫醚纤维由生产单位随机抽取了五种不同厂家的纤维进行了力学性能、卷曲性能及热收缩性测试,采用热重分析和差热分析法对其热稳定性进行了测试分析。结果表明:断裂强度差异较小,测值上下浮动在10%以内;断裂伸长率的测值区间浮动为23%。纤维卷曲数在10.3~14.2个/25mm,卷曲率的测值范围为5.5%~10.7%,纤维间差异不大。180℃的高温下处理30min后,两种纤维的热收缩率小于1.O%,其他三种纤维在3%左右;热稳定性的分析表明PPS纤维材质本身在200℃前没有明显的质量损失,五种纤维的质量分数均保持在99.8%以上。
In order to understand the technical performances of PPS fibers used for bag filters, a comparison of domestic and imported 5 PPS fibers on mechanical behavior, crimping performance and heat shrinkage was carried out. The thermal stability was tested by TG and DTA analysis. The results indicate that there are small differences on tensile behavior, and measured value of breaking strength and elongation fluctuating within 10% and 23% respectively. Crimping numbers ranged from 10.3 ~ 14. 2 per 25 millimeters and crimping ratios were 5.5% ~ 10. 7%. The thermal shrinkage of two fibers was less than 1% while that of the other three was about 3% after treatment in 180℃ for 30 min. TG and DTA analysis show that PPS fibers can even keep 99.8% residual mass below 200 ℃.
