摘要
铁矿烧结是我国钢铁工业主要工序之一,同时也是大气污染排放非常严重的工序,不仅污染物产生总量大,而且污染物种类多,仅通过末端治理的方法很难经济、高效的达到污染物减排。分析了铁矿烧结生产过程中烟尘、SO2、NOx、二恶英等污染物的产生原理和排放特征,为"源头削减-过程控制-末端治理"的污染物协同控制新思路提供理论基础。
The iron ore sintering is one of the main processes of iron and steel industry in China, which is also the process of serious air pollutantion. The pollutants is not only large in total emission, but also various of types, and it' s difficult to achieve the economic, high efficiency pollutants reduction just by the end of pipe treatment. The generation principle and emission characteristic of pollutants produced during iron ore sintering such as smoke, SO2 , NOx, dioxin etc. are analysed in this article, which could provide theoretical basis for the new idea of pollutants joint control of " source reduction-process control-end of pipe treatment".
