摘要
介绍几种节能、减排、降耗的方法,主要适用炼油厂、大中型加油站、输油管线、输气管线等场所。在高效节能利用过程中,油气能源主要采用油气回收和泄漏检测两种方式实现。油气回收常采用分离法,吸收法,活性炭吸附法和膜吸收法;长输油气管道泄漏检测常用检漏电缆法,压力点分析法和负压波法。油气回收和泄漏检测技术的应用,能够提高油气能源利用效率。在油气资源利用方面,采用回收和检测技术达到节能减排、保护环境和资源可持续利用的目的。
Energy saving, emission reduction and reducing consumption methods are presented. The methods are mainly applied to the refineries, gas stations, oil pipelines and gas pipelines. In the process of oil and gas energy-efficient use, oil and gas recovery and leak detection technology can be used. Separation method, absorption method, activated carbon adsorption and membrane absorption method are often used for oil and gas recovery; Long-distance pipeline leak detection contains leak detection cable, pressure points analysis and pressure wave methods. The oil and gas recovery and long-distance pipeline leak detection technology can improve the efficiency of oil and gas energy use. The energy conservation, environmental protection and the sustainable use of resources in the oil and gas resources can be realized by the recovery and detection technologies.
