肠杆菌是肠道疾病的一种病原体。环介导等温扩增技术(LAMP)是一种新的核酸扩增技术,具有敏感性高、特异性强和简便快速等优点,可用于肠杆菌的快速诊断。本文拟就LAMP检测肠杆菌的研究现状进行综述。

Enterobacteria are one type of pathogen responsible for intestinal diseases. I.oop-mediated isothermal ampli- fication （LAMP） is a new method of nucleic acid amplification that may be used to rapidly diagnose Enterobacteria be cause of its high specificity, efficiency, simplicity, and rapidity. The review outlines the status of research on LAMP for diagnosis of Enterobacteria.
