R&D投入及其绩效的两阶段实证研究——以7260家上海市企业科技统计为例

A Two-stage Empirical Study on R&D Inputs and Performance——Evidence from A Technology Survey of 7260 Shanghai Enterprises

基于7 260家上海市企业2008—2010年期间的研发活动数据对企业R&D的表现进行了探究,采用两阶段的方式研究影响知识成果产出(以专利作为表现形式)的因素,以及知识成果产出对经济产出的影响.研究结果表明:企业层面R&D资金投入对当前阶段的专利有显著的促进作用;在决定企业经济产出的因素中,专利对经济的促进作用大部分会通过企业的科研效率表现出来;R&D资金投入对经济产出的促进作用中通过专利形式实现的部分并不明显.

Using the three-year （2008 -2010） R＆D data of 7 260 Shanghai enterprises, it studied the relation between R＆D inputs and R＆D performance. Adopting the two-stage approach, it tried to solve two problems： What are the factors that influence R＆D outputs （patents） , and how do R＆D outputs affect economic performance？ The results show that R＆D expenditure has very important and positive effects on R＆D outputs, and the positive effect of patents on economic outputs is realized mainly through absorption capability, i.e. R＆D efficiency, and it is not significant of the positive effect of R＆D expenditure on economic outputs through patents.
