Formula Knowledge in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Disease(伤寒论)Based on Formal Concept Analysis

在中医药现代化、技术化、普及化的发展过程中,面对《伤寒论》传承的实际情况,将严密的形式概念分析数学理论与传统中医经典研究相结合,在尊重原著的前提下,通过对《伤寒论》全文所涉及方剂名称、组成的概念进行提取和规范化表达,建立《伤寒论》方药知识库,并以知识库中方剂、药物和方剂—药物关系为概念进行形式背景的生成和优化,借用描述事物普遍性和特殊性层次的复杂概念网络生成方法,最终实现《伤寒论》全部方剂、药物和方剂—药物之间关系结构的可视化表示和整体知识发现,为传统中医经典传承知识发现提供一种新途径。

The formula knowledge base of Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Disease （伤寒论） was established accord- ing to extraction and standardized expression of the concept of formula name and composition based on formal concept analysis and traditional TCM literature research. The generation and optimization of formal context was conducted ac- cording to the concepts of formula, medicinal and formula-medicinal relationship in the knowledge base. The overall knowledge discovery of formula, medicinal and formula-medicinal relationship in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Disease （伤寒论） was achieved according to complex concept networks.
