摘要 尝试反浮选法和酸浸法去除粉石英矿中的红柱石、水铝石和铁等杂质。结果表明,采用反浮选法可去除粉石英中的红柱石杂质,最佳浮选条件:油酸钠作为捕收剂,其浓度为3.3 mmol/L,磷酸氢二钠作为抑制剂,其浓度为4.7 mmol/L,浮选液pH为8.5。采用酸浸法可去除水粉石英中的水铝石和铁杂质,最佳酸浸条件:盐酸(浓度为18%)与粉石英质量比为3∶1,在60℃酸浸30 min后,再在室温酸浸8 h。经过反浮选和酸浸处理后,粉石英中二氧化硅含量由80.02%上升至98.49%,白度由76.0%上升至89.3%,铝含量由9.86%下降至0.26%,铁含量由182μg/g下降至56.3μg/g。 Reverse flotation and acid leaching technology were attempted to purify natural powder quartz containing impurities of andalusite, diaspore and iron oxide. The results show that the andalusite impurity can be removed effectively by reverse flotation method, and the optimum reverse flotation conditions are as follows: 3.3× 10-3 mol/L sodium oleate as collecting agent, 4.7× 10-3 mol/L disodium hydrogen phosphate as inhibitor, and pH value of 8.5. Also the acid leaching method is effective for removal of the diaspore and iron oxide impurities. The optimum acid leaching process is as follows: the quartz powder is added into 18% hydrochloric acid, whose mass ratio is 3 : 1, then keep the mixture at 60 ℃ for 0.5 h, and at room temperature for 8 h. After the reverse flotation and acid leaching process, SiO2 content in the powder quartz increases from 80.02% to 98.49%, and the content of the A1 impurity decreases from 9.86% to 0.26%, and the content of the Fe impurity decreases from 182μg/g to 56.3μg/g. Its whiteness was measured to increase from 76.0% to 89.3%.
