朝医四象体质人群不同类型肥胖指标与心血管疾病危险因素的关系 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探索朝医四象体质人群不同类型肥胖指标与心血管疾病危险因素的关系;方法:对纳入对象进行四象体质类型与心血管危险因素调查,统计方法采用chi-squre test、Fisher’s exact test和多元Logistic回归分析。结果:(1)不同肥胖类型太阴人分布比例最高;(2)少阳体质人群中腰臀比(WHR)异常可有效预测高血压、高血糖、高TC、高HDL-C、血脂异常的患病风险,腰高比(WHtR)异常可有效预测高TG患病风险,腰围(WC)异常可有效预测低LDL-C、代谢综合征的患病风险。太阴体质人群中身体质量指数(BMI)合并WHtR异常可有效预测高血压和高血糖,WC异常可有效预测血脂异常和其组成部分,BMI合并WC异常可有效控制代谢综合征。结论:选择预测心血管疾病肥胖危险因素不仅要考虑肥胖类型且应考虑体质因素。 Objectives: To research the relationships between different types of obesity indicators and risk factors in cardiovascular diseases of Sasang Constitution in Korean medicine; Methods: To research the Sasang Constitution types and cardiovascular risk factors from the recruited patients. Chi-square test, Fisher' s exact test and Multivariate Logistic regression analysis analysis were used for categorical data. ; Result: 1. Proportion of Taeeum type constitution is the highest among different obesity types. 2. Abnormal WHR can be effective in predicting the risk of hypertension, high blood sugar, high total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein and dyslipidemia in Soyang types; Abnormal WHtR can predict the risk of hyper-triglycefidemia; Abnormal WC predict the risk of low density lipoprotein and metabolic syndrome. Abnormal BMI and WHtR can effectively predict the risk of hypertension and high blood sugar; Abnormal WC can effectively predict the dyslipidemia and its components; Abnormal BM! and WC effectively predict metabolic syndrome; Conclusion: It is supposed that not only obesity types can affect the cardiovascular risk factors, the characteristics of different constitution should be also taken into consideration.
