摘要
通过梳理美国四本课堂评价教材,发现作者关于课堂评价的理解有着共同的认识:第一,课堂评价是收集学习信息以改善教学的过程;第二,课堂评价是教学不可分割的一部分,评价的依据是教学目标,评价的目的在于改善教和学。进一步分析四本教材关于课堂评价技能的具体主张,整理出教师所需要的最一般的三项课堂评价技能,分别是规划课堂评价方案、运用评价方法收集学习信息、处理评价结果。这些发现对于发展我国教师的课堂评价技能有两方面的启示:一是参照共同诉求和评价实践明确发展内容及其重点,二是一体化思考怎么发展的问题。
By analyzing the fourclassroom assessment textbooks of the America, there are a common understanding about classroom assessment. First, classroom assessment is the process ofgathering learning information to improve the teaching.Second, classroom assessment is an integral part of instruction, which is based on the instructional objectives.The purpose of assessment is to improve the teaching and learning. Further analyzing specific claims on classroom assessment skills of the four textbooks, we find three most general classroom assessment skills that teachers need,namely planning classroom assessment program, usingassessment method to collect learning information, and dealing with the resnltsof assessment.These resultsgive two aspects of the enlightenment to the development of Chinese teachers' classroom assessment skills.Firstly, we should clarifydevelopmental contents and the priorities according to common demands and assessment practices. Secondly, we should think about how to develop integrally.
