摘要
近年来,愈演愈烈的"超级中学"现象引发了一系列城乡子女教育公平问题,主要表现为城乡子女高中教育机会的教育起点、教育过程、教育结果三个层次的不公平。从原因层面来看,各阶段问题的归因均可从学校主观层面的"显性"推动,政府、政策等外部客观因素的"隐性"纵容两方面分析。据此,解决"超级中学"引发的城乡子女教育公平问题,需要学校和相关方面结合阶段特点,分别从强化弱势补偿原则、科学分配教育资源、消除高招"城市倾向"三方面共同努力。
In recent years,the increasing phenomenon of "super high school" has triggered a series of problems regarding the fairness receiving education for children in rural and urban areas, which is featured byeducation starting point, education process, and education outcome.As for the reasons,these problems are directly caused by the visible existence of the "super high school" and the inherent gap between rural and urban areas and invisible negative feedback of government, policies and other exterior factors. Therefore, to solve the problemwhich caused by "super high school" requires government, policy, school and society spare no efforts to increase compensation for the inferior,scientifically allocate resources, and alleviate urban protectionism in college entrance examination.
