摘要
采用陶粒、陶砂配制强度等级LC15、密度等级1200的全轻混凝土。同时研究膨胀玻璃珠替代40%~60%的陶粒和陶砂,可以配制出密度等级1100、强度等级LC15和密度等级900、强度等级LC10的全轻混凝土。研究结果表明,采用膨胀玻璃珠替代部分陶粒、陶砂可以有效降低全轻混凝土的密度等级和导热系数,配制出保温效果更好的全轻混凝土。
Prepare full lightweight aggregate concrete with strength grade LC15 and density degree 1200 with ceramiste and ceramiste sand. Meanwhile, use swell glass bead to replace 40%-60% ceramiste and ceramistc sand,full lightweight aggregate concrete with initial density degree 1100 and strength grade LC15,or density degree 900 and strength grade LCI0 can be prepared. The study showed that using swell glass bead to replace part of ceramiste and eeramiste sand can effectively reduce density degree and heat conductivity of full lightweight aggregate concrete,and prepare product with better heat preservation effect.
