3282例育龄期妇女人工流产现状分析

Analysis on the current situation of artificial abortion in 3282 women of childbearing age

目的：了解郑州市育龄期妇女人工流产的现状，为更好地开展人工流产后关爱（PAC）服务提供科学依据。方法：对2012年9月-2013年9月在郑州大学第二附属医院实施人工流产的3282例资料进行回顾性分析。结果：未婚者占34．89％，其中年龄最小15岁；已婚者占65．11％，年龄最大48岁；已婚者重复流产率高于未婚者，差异有统计学意义（〈0．05）；流产方式以无痛负压吸宫术为主。结论：开展PAC服务，加强对育龄期妇女避孕知识的宣教和咨询服务，切实做好未婚女性的性教育，避免未婚先孕，减少非意愿妊娠发生率，降低重复流产率，提高育龄妇女的避孕和生殖保健意识。

Objective： To understand the current situation of artificial abortion in women of childbearing age in Zhengzhou city, provide a scientific basis for better conducting post - abortion care （PAC） service. Methods ： The data of 3 282 women who received artificial abortion in the hospital from September 2012 to September 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. Results： Among the women, 34.89% of them were unmarried, and the youngest one was 15 years old; 65.11% of them were married, and the oldest one was 48 years old; the repeated abortion rate in married women was statistically significantly higher than that in unmarried women （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the major method taken for artificial abortion was painless vacuum aspiration. Conclusion： Itg important to carry out PAC service and promote the contraceptive knowledge and consulting work. More attention should be paid to sex education among unmarried women in order to avoid premarital pregnancy. Contraception awareness and reproductive health awareness should also be strengthened to reduce unwanted pregnancy rate and repeat abortion rate.
