IL-33、IL-15在儿童哮喘发病中的作用研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的:探讨白介素-15(IL-15)和白介素-33(IL-33)在儿童哮喘发病中的作用。方法:随机收集38例哮喘急性发作期、25例临床缓解期患儿和25例健康体检儿童的血清,采用ELISA测定IL-15和IL-33的含量。结果:急性发作组血清IL-15水平显著高于临床缓解组和正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),后两组比较前者高于后者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);三组血清IL-33水平比较差异无统计学意义(F=2.272,P>0.05),哮喘儿童血清IL-33与IL-15水平两者之间无相关性。结论:IL-15在儿童哮喘的发病中起促炎作用,并可能在气道慢性炎症持续存在的过程中发挥重要的作用;IL-33/ST2L系统在儿童哮喘的发病中可能ST2L起关键的促炎作用,而不是IL-33,其确切的作用还有待于进一步研究。 Objective: To explore the effects of IL - 15 and IL - 33 in pathogenesis of childhood asthma. Methods: The serum samples were obtained from 38 children with asthma during acute attack phase, 25 children with asthma during clinical remission phase, and 25 children without asthma. The serum levels of IL - 15 and IL - 33 were measured by ELISA. Results: The level of IL - 15 in acute attack phase group was statistically significantly higher than those in clinical remission phase group and control group ( P 〈 0. 01 ) . The level of IL - 15 in clinical remission phase group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group (P 〈 0.01 ) , there was no statistically ignificant difference in serum IL -33 level among the three groups (F = 2. 272, P 〉 0. 05 ) ; there was no correlation between serum IL -33 tevel and serum IL - 15 level in children with asthma. Conclusion: IL - 15 plays a promoling inflammation role in pathogenesis of childhood esthma, and it may play an important role in chronic persistent inflammation of airway; for IL -33/ST2L system, it perhaps is not IL- 33 but ST2L to control inflammation development of childhood asthma, the specific role of IL -33 in childhood asthma remains to be further sbudied.
