辅助生殖技术出生儿的智能发育调查研究

Investigation and study on intelligence development of infants conceived by assisted reproductive technology

目的：探讨辅助生殖技术对婴幼儿智能发育的影响。方法：选取2009—2010年在佛山市妇幼保健院接受体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF—ET）、卵母细胞浆内单精子注射（ICSI）以及冷冻胚胎移植（F—ET）治疗后出生的婴儿为研究组，选取同期自然妊娠出生儿为对照组，比较两组出生儿的发育商。结果：IVF—ET、ICSI、F—ET组出生儿与对照组出生儿相比发育商差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：辅助生殖技术对出生儿智能发育无影响。

Objective： To explore the effect of assisted reproductive technology （ART） on intelligence development of infants. Methods： A case control study was conducted among the infants after IVF - ET, ICSI, F - ET and natural conception in the hospital from 2009 to 2012. The research groups included IVF - ET group, ICSI group and F - ET group. The children in control group were naturally conceived. The development quotient of infants in the two groups were compared. Results： There was no statistically significant difference in development quotient between control group and IVF - ET group, ICSI group, F - ET group （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： ART has no impact on intelligence development of infants.
