摘要
目的:了解早产儿家属与NICU护士对家庭健康教育需求认知情况及其差异。方法:用方便取样法选取广州某三级甲等专科医院128名早产儿家属和59名NICU护士为调查对象,采用自行设计的教育需求问卷进行调查。结果:早产儿家属和NICU护士在家庭健康教育需求的总体和各维度认知上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在母乳喂养指导的认知上家属组得分2.72±1.16,护士组得分3.53±0.69,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:NICU护士对早产儿家属的某些健康教育需求认知有偏差,需要加强与家属沟通。
Objective: To understand the status and differences between parents pf premature infants and N1CU nurses in cognition for family health education demands. Methods: A total of 128 parents pf premature infants and 59 NICU nurses were selected from a "Grade IliA" specialized hospital of Guangzhou city as investigation objects by handy sampling method, a self - designed questionnaire was used to investigate the respondents. Results: There was no statistically significant difference in total cognition level and cognition levels of dimensions for family health education demands between parents pf premature infants and NICU nurses ( P 〉 0. 05 ), the cognition scores of breasffeeding guidance in parent group and nurse group were (2. 72 ± 1.16) and (3.53 ± 0. 69), respectively, there was statistivally significant difference (P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion : There are differences between parents pf premature infants and NICU nurses in cognition for partial family health education demands, communication with parents pf premature infants should be enhanced.
