摘要
以玉米秸秆半纤维素为碳源水热制备炭微球,并以其为载体原位担载硅钨酸制备功能炭球@硅钨酸复合物。结果表明,低温水热条件下半纤维素可直接炭化制得微米级的炭球;复合物中硅钨酸的存在对炭球形貌和尺寸没有影响,但有助于炭微球的石墨化,并与表面富含官能团的炭球存在相互作用;硅钨酸典型的Keggin结构在复合物中依然保留。所得炭球@硅钨酸复合物可望用作良好的催化材料。
Hemicellulose-derived carbon spheres and their composite that in situ functionlization with silicotungstic acid(SiW12 )have been achieved by hydrothermal carbonization. It is found that the sphere-like carbon materials with the si-zes in the range of 2-8μm were synthesized hydrothermally with corn stover-hemicellulose as precursor. The presence of SiW12 in the composite had no obvious effect on the morphologies and sizes of the spheres, while their crystalline can be im-proved with the assistance of SiW12. There existed the interaction between SiW12 particles and CSs, and the Keggin struc-tures of SiW12 were retained in the composites, which will make them good catalytic materials.
