摘要
正电子湮没技术作为一种无损的微结构检测方法在高分子/层状硅酸盐纳米复合材料中具有广泛的应用前景。本研究利用正电子湮没寿命谱学方法,对丙烯酸接枝前后高密度聚乙烯和蒙脱土的纳米复合材料的微结构进行了表征。实验发现,丙烯酸的接枝导致了o-Ps强度的减小。纳米复合材料中o-Ps强度及o-Ps寿命分布随蒙脱土含量增加的变化,证实了极性丙烯酸基团优先进入了蒙脱土片层之中。
Positron annihilation techniques have been widely applied to characterize the polymer/silicate nanocom posites as non-destructive testing methods. HDPE, HDPE-g-AA, HDPE/MMT, and HDPE-g-AA/MMT nanocomposites have been characterized by positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy. The results found that the introduction of AA groups in PE induced the decrease of o-Ps intensity. And the variation of o-Ps intensity and distribution of o-Ps lifetime with in-creasing MMT content between HDPE/MMT and HDPE g-AA/MMT were compared,which suggested that the polar AA groups had a prior to entering into the gallery between the layers of MMT.
