摘要
运用高温合成的方法合成SrBPO5:Eu2+,Mn2+,用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、红外光谱仪(IR),以及荧光光度计(PL)对合成产物的结构和发光性质进行了研究。XRD测试结果表明,在1000℃下烧结6h得到SrBPO5单相。发光光谱测试表明,在350nm紫外线激发下,宽带发射最强峰位于400nm和498nm处,当Mn2+含量进一步增加时,发射光颜色从蓝色向蓝白色移动,测试结果说明SrBPO5:Eu2+,Mn2+有希望应用于白色LED方向。
SrBPO5:Eu^2+,Mn^2+ phosphor was prepared by high-temperature solid state reaction method in the air, its structure and luminescent properties were investigated with XRD, IR and PL. The result showed that the phosphor was well crystallized by calcination at 1000℃ for 6h and possessed excellent performance. After irradiation by 350nm UV light, the phosphor emitted broad bands centered at 400nm and 498nrn, with increaseing of Mn^2+ content for concentration,light-ing color moved from blue to blue-white. The experimental results showed that SrBPO5:Eu^2+,Mn^2+ was a promising single host phosphor for use in white light emitting diode(WLED).
