摘要
分析了铁型覆砂铸造汽车轮边减速器壳体的工艺特点,确定了铸件的铁型覆砂铸造工艺方案,并通过凝固模拟软件进行凝固过程模拟分析来优化设计方案,最终实现了铁型覆砂铸造汽车轮边减速器壳体的铸态生产,产生了很好的经济效益。
The casting technological characteristics of sand-faced metal mould casting in use of the wheel reductor shell production was analyzed, and the casting processing plan is determined. Through the solidification simulation software for solidification process simulation to optimize the plan, the as-cast production of wheel reductor shell is finally achieved with the use of sand-faced metal mould casting, which has achieved good economic benefits.
