改良铸造铝硅合金电化学腐蚀试验及分析 被引量:1

摘要 在传统ZL101铸造铝硅合金的基础上,通过添加Cu、Ni、Mn、V、RE等合金元素,研制了改良铸造铝硅合金,并对该改良合金进行了电化学腐蚀试验。试验结果表明,在3.5%NaCl系统下,改良铸造铝硅合金自腐蚀电位远高于传统ZL101铸造铝硅合金,自腐蚀电流密度远小于传统ZL101铸造铝硅合金,耐腐蚀性能良好。 A modified cast Al-Si alloy was developed by adding alloying elements such as Cu, Ni, Mn, V, RE, on the basis of traditional ZL101 cast aluminum-silicon alloy, and the electrochemical corrosion test was carried out for the modified alloy. The results show that in the 3.5%NaCl system, the corrosion potential of modified cast aluminum-silicon alloy from is much higher than traditional ZL101 cast aluminum-silicon alloy, corrosion current density is smaller than the traditional ZL 101 cast AI-Si alloy, the corrosion resistance is good.
