XCON会议框架中举手功能的设计与实现

摘要 XCON在信令协议方面具有很好的独立性和可扩展性,是目前主流的紧耦合式会议框架,但是其中的会议Presence服务只能单向地发布通告给与会者,缺乏交互性不能满足用户需求.举手功能是远程会议中一种典型的交互式应用.提出一种基于标准协议的举手功能实现方法,首先设计了会议Presence状态文档,在此基础上扩展设计了支持举手功能的会议Presence状态文档;然后设计了基于会议Presence的举手功能的信令处理流程;最后给出了基于开放源代码的XCON会议框架中举手功能的原型实现.本文方法有助于促进多媒体数据会议中举手机制的标准化工作. Centralized Conferencing [ XCON ) has independence and expansibility in terms of signaling protocols. It is the mainstream of tight-coupled conference framework. But the presence service in XCON lacks interactivity and cannot meet user needs due to unidi- rectional notification to participants. Hand-up function is a kind of typical interactive applications in remote conference. This paper presents a method based on standards to implement hand-up function. First, conference state document is designed, which is extended to support hand-up function. Then, signaling process procedure supporting hand-up function is given on the basis of conference pres- ence mechanism. Finally, a prototype of hand-up function based on open source in XCON conference framework is implemented. The proposed method will help to promote the standardization work of hand-up function in multimedia data conference.
