内蒙古地区白刺属植物主要活性成分含量比较研究

Comparison study of main active compounds in Nitraria from inner Mongolia

目的:比较内蒙古分布的4种白刺果实和叶总黄酮和总生物碱的含量。方法:以索氏提取法提取总黄酮类成分,以硝酸铝-亚硝酸钠分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。采用酸碱提取法提取总碱,以硫酸阿托品为对照品,酸性染料比色法测定白刺总生物碱的含量。结果:4种白刺果实和叶总黄酮和总生物碱的含量差异显著(p<0.05),其中果实中小果白刺总黄酮含量最高,叶中球果白刺的中总黄酮含量最高,而唐古特白刺总生物碱含量最高。结论:本研究可为白刺属种质资源筛选及质量评价提供一定的参考依据。

Objective. To compare the content of flavonoids and total alkaloids in the seed of Nitraria from Inner Mongolia.Methods.The total flavonoids were extracted by soxhlet extraction, and were determined by Al （NO3）3- NaNO2 spectrophotometry method.Total alkaloids in Nitrafia was extracted by acid-base and the content of total alkaloids was determined by the acidic dye colorimetry, Results-It showed the content of flavonoids and total alkaloids in fruits and leaves of Nitraria was significantly different（ p 〈 0.05 ）. Fruits of Nitraria sibirica Pall.and leaves of Nitraria sphaerocarpa Maxim had the highest content of flavonoids, and Nitraria tangutorum Bobr. had the highest content of total alkaloids.Conclusion：The research provided some reference for screening alopecuroides and quality evaluation of the germplasm resources.
