摘要
为实现循环流化床锅炉的长期安全稳定运行,对这个国产410 t/h CFB锅炉进行了防磨综合治理改造,分别进行了主动多阶防磨梁安装、冷态试验、热态试验、运行优化调整。结果显示,防磨综合治理改造显著降低磨损,锅炉效率提升了0.75%,相关研究工作为锅炉的长周期安全高效运行创造了良好条件。
To guarantee long- term safe and stable operation, anti -wear devices are built in a domestic 410t/h CFB Boiler of one power plant. On this basis, the cold test,hot test and operating adjustment are carried out. The cold and host testing results can help to calibrate air flow measuring system, to adjust the oxygen field and temperature field. By operating adjustment, combustion efficiency was improved by 0.75%. By analyzing the boiler's operational status between before and after installation anti -wear devices, the results showed that anti -wear devices can reduce the wear of boiler significantly, while don "t make adverse effect on boiler "s operation, which have created favorable conditions for long - term safe and efficient operation of the CFB boiler.
