兽药喹乙醇的临床应用及安全性评价研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 喹乙醇(Olaquindox)属于喹噁啉类药物,又被称为喹酰胺醇、倍育诺,商品名有灭霍灵、灭败灵、快育灵等,是1965年德国拜耳公司以邻硝基苯胺为原料合成的饲料药物添加剂,在国内北京营养源研究所1981年首次研制成功。喹乙醇的化学名称为:2-[N-(2-羟基一乙基)-氨基甲酰]-3-甲基一喹噁啉-1,4一二氧化物,分子式C12H13N3O4,为浅黄色结晶性粉末,无臭,味苦,溶于热水,微溶于冷水,在甲醇、乙醇和氯仿中儿乎不溶,熔点(熔融分解)207℃~213℃,常温下非常稳定,在40℃仍可保存3年以上,在70℃时可保存六个月以上不被氧化,90℃高温30 min无变化,在混合物或片剂中稳定性也很好,可与矿物质、微量元素常用饲料添加剂和中学药配伍混用。但对光敏感,光照易分解为棕色或深棕色。
