摘要
本届学术研讨会共计100余位专家学者与会,分别就适度劳动的研究意义,工作生活质量的研究现状,高校教师、出租车司机和农民工的工作时间与劳动负担,过度劳动的概念内涵,作业疲劳的评价方法,适度劳动的衡量标准,过度劳动的立法保护与管理应对,以及适度劳动的研究展望等主题进行了学术交流,取得了较为丰硕的成果。
Academic seminar of 2013 had a total of more than 100 experts and scholars to attend. They discussed on the following topics: research significance of appropriate work; research status of QWL; working time and labor load of college teachers, taxi drivers and migrant workers; concept of overwork; evaluation methodology of operating fatigue; measurement of appropriate work; legislation and management of overwork; and research prospect of appropriate work.
